Business Development Executives are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. In this role, you'll become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact.  This role will be primarily focused around identifying, researching and performing outreach through emails and calls.  This role is an excellent opportunity in a fast-growing ad tech company with enormous potential for career growth.


  • Promoting and marketing Adventive’s products and services through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
  • Scheduling initial meetings and demos for the Sales Team
  • Providing in depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Researching and evaluating leads/prospects through web research, databases and social media
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of calls and emails per day
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Adventive’s CRM
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of all Adventive products and solutions
  • Identify key decision-makers and their pain points

Skills + Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development related sales experience
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is ideal, with tech SaaS experience desirable
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
