Adventive is seeking an experienced and passionate sales professional. This individual will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry and have proven success in selling ad technology. This position requires identifying and developing successful business relationships with publisher and agency contacts. Candidates must possess the ability to present complex technology-based advertising solutions with a consultative approach.


  • Grow and cultivate a pipeline of publishers, advertising/media agencies and brands in order to meet quarterly targets
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
  • Lead generation and qualification, comfortable calling on all levels of an organization
  • Understand client needs and ability to tailor presentations to meet those needs
  • Develop account relationships and identify new revenue opportunities, communicating new functionality, features and products
  • Work closely with product development and marketing providing feedback from demos and customers to enhance user experience and product functionality
  • Maintain solid first-point of contact relationship with clients ensuring continued satisfaction with products and services, acting as liaison to other departments as needed

Skills + Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of successful ad tech sales experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and convey the Adventive value proposition utilizing excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to track and maintain sales pipeline, providing updates to management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital advertising industry
  • Proven track record of carrying and exceeding at least 1M+ in annual quota

Preferred Experience

  • Basic understand of ad trafficking and associated platforms
  • Familiarity with third-party ad serving platforms and technology
  • Deep understanding of the display advertising industry including the workflows and
  • processes of the advertiser, agency, and publisher sides of the business
