David Koretz, Chairman and CEO

David Koretz is a serial entrepreneur who founded four companies by age 19. He founded BlueTie in 1999 and serves as its President and CEO. Under his leadership, BlueTie has grown to become one of the largest Software as a Service providers, serving more than 500,000 businesses and millions of users. Mr. Koretz is also a leading technologist who has authored more than a dozen technology patents. He is a monthly columnist for MediaPost, a mountain climber who has climbed two of the Seven Summits, a world traveler who has visited more than 40 countries, and an avid photographer.

Jacek Woloszuk, Vice President of Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering for Adventive, Mr. Woloszuk is responsible for strategic direction, execution, and growth of Engineering, Quality Assurance, IT Operations, and Customer Service. Mr. Woloszuk is a technology professional with leadership and organizational development experience in companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded organizations, complemented with 15 years of product development, software engineering, and software consulting experience. Prior to joining Adventive, he held senior positions at BlueTie, ePlus, Nimblefish, Xelus, and Vanteon. Mr. Woloszuk holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York and a Master of Science Degree in Software Development and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Woloszuk is married with four kids and has a strong passion for entrepreneurship.
